COPD RESEARCH STUDY

We are researching to help Louisiana patients diagnosed with COPD quit smoking.

To Qualify

You qualify to participate in the study if you are:

 

  • A patient seen at Lallie Kemp Medical Center, University Medical Center or Southern Family Medicine

  •  40 to 80 years old

  •  Black or African American

  •  Currently smoking regular or   electronic cigarettes

  •  Currently or previously diagnosed   with COPD by your doctor or health professional

Participation

You will complete a survey and two interviews, and we will give you a $50 gift card for your time.
